1、總述 General Description

  LF型光管加熱器在空調系統中對空氣進行預處理和再處理。空氣被水處理前用光管加熱器進行加熱，則為預熱器，以提高空氣溫度，提高加濕能力。空氣被水處理后用光管加熱器進行加熱，則為再熱器，以補償車間熱量的不足。

  光管加熱器可以串聯或并聯安裝。當被加熱的空氣量少而要求溫升高，可采用串聯形式，反之則可采用并聯形式。

  光管加熱器主管為φ108×3，散熱管為φ27×2.5，用均采用無縫鋼管焊制而成，出廠時經嚴格的壓力試驗，安全可靠。

LF model plain pipe heater is used in air conditioning system for air pre and re-heating treatment. Air is heated by plain pipe heater before water treatment. Plain pipe plays the role of pre-heater to improve air temperature and humidifying ability. When plain pipe is applied after water air treatment, it plays the role of re-heater to compensate heat shortage in plant.

LF model plain pipe heater can be installed in series or parallel connections. When air capacity is low, series connection is applied,. Otherwise, parallel connection can be applied.

Plain pipe heater is welded by seamless steel tube, pressure test of which has been taken to ensure safety and reliability. Diameter of the main pipe isφ108×3, radiating pipeφ27×2.5.

  焊接部位焊縫連續均勻，無虛焊。支管間距均勻，排列平整。

  光管加熱器固定牢固，疏水器位于最低點。

  需通過壓力測試。無滲漏現象。

Firmly fixed, water drainer at the lowest point.

Must though pressure test, no leakage.
