1、 總述

　　LFY型自吸式回風過濾器主要應用于棉麻毛化纖針織等行業中含有纖維性塵雜的空氣過濾。含纖塵空氣通過過濾器網面時，纖塵性雜質被阻留在網面上，集塵風機利用旋轉吸嘴吸除阻留在網面上的纖塵，送進集塵器的集塵袋中，通過集塵袋進行分離收集，集塵袋中的塵雜由人工定時清除。過濾器具有過濾效率高、阻力低、運行可靠等特點，是一種較理想的過濾設備，能有效地減少噴淋水池積污，避免噴嘴堵塞，提高空調室的熱濕交換率。本產品和集塵風機、濾塵袋等組成自吸系統。過濾網面固定，吸嘴旋轉，結構牢固，不漏風，吸嘴由空心軸傳動，減速機構簡單，傳動穩定，無卡軋現象。

　　LFB型自吸式變風量回風過濾器是由自吸式回風過濾器與調節葉片組合而成，是一種除了具有LF型自吸式回風過濾器的特點外，還具有調節風量功能的新型回風過濾器。通過手柄可以靈活調節葉片開啟角度，從而改變風量。整體結構緊湊，運轉安全穩定，過濾調節二合一，省材省地。

LF model self-suction return air filter is mainly used for filtering of air with fibrous impurities in cotton, bast fiber, wool and chemical fiber spinning mills. Dusted air flows through filter screen which is applied for impurity filtration. Dust collecting fan sucks in impurities left on screen surface by rotating suction nozzle. Impurities will be delivered to dust collecting bag for further separation and regular manual cleanup. Self-suction return air filter is featured by good filtration performance, low resistance, reliable operating performance etc. It is an ideal filter device, which can reduce the load of collecting tank to avoid suction nozzle blockage and improve heat/moisture exchange rate in air conditioning chamber.

Main components of self-suction filter are dust collecting fan and dust collecting bag. The device has such advantages as fixed filtering screen, rotary suction nozzle, stable structure, no air leakage, hollow shafting driving nozzle, simple decelerating structure, stable driving and no locking phenomenon.

LFB model self-suction variable blast return air filter consists of self-suction return air filter and adjustable blades. Besides the features of self-suction return air filter, it has an extra function - air capacity adjusting. The open angle of blade can be adjusted easily by hand shank to change air capacity. The whole structure is compact, stable and safe, indicating a great combination of filtration and adjustment. Also it is space and material saving.

5、技術參數：Specification

　　LFB型自吸式變風量回風過濾器與同規格的LF型自吸式回風過濾器過濾風量減少3%～6%。

Compared with LF model self suction return air filter, air capacity of LFB model variable blast return air filter is 3%～6% less.

6、安裝要求 Assembly requirements

　　折邊焊接部位平整牢固，無毛刺，圓筒圓整度高。兩半圓對接嚴密，無錯位，網面平整緊繃，無破裂，圓周無毛刺。

Smooth and solid welding at the edge-folding area, burr free, high roundness of disc. Firm connection of two semicircles, no disposition, tense and smooth of net surface, no fracture, burr free at the circle surface.

　　圓筒拼接線水平，吸口座中心軸與圓筒中心一致。網面垂直，吸口與網面間隙均勻。

　　吸塵管道安裝順暢，集塵風機落地或墻式安裝，平穩牢固，出口排風通暢。集塵箱安裝牢固，集塵袋能自由膨脹，集塵室與回風室有通道相連。

Drum connect line should be horizontal, suction socket center line should aline with the drum center line. Net surface vertical, even gaps between suction and net surface. Smooth inside of dust-collecting pipes. Dust collection fan should be assembled on ground or to the wall, smooth and steady, smooth air exhausting at outlet. Dust collector should be assembled firm and stable, dust collection bad should be able to dilate freely. Dust room and returning air room should be connected by passageways.

　　自吸式變風量回風過濾器安裝為嵌墻式，集塵風機與集塵箱袋可直聯安裝(基本安裝見上圖)，也可以集塵風機落地式安裝，通過管道連接集塵箱。

　　過濾器筒體為拼裝式，需要現場將兩個半圓拼裝成一體，拼裝時保證網面整體平整。再安置于預留墻孔中，同時校正橫梁水平度和網面垂直度，再用磚塊砂漿徹底座及填實筒體周邊空隙，并抹光粉平。然后將傳動箱安裝于橫梁上，吸嘴連接到傳動空心軸上，前后移動傳動箱，調節吸口與網面的距離，手動回轉吸嘴，使吸嘴和網面間距保持一致，間距≤10mm。再安裝減速器，皮帶輪，調節張緊螺絲，使皮帶張緊適度。再在預定位置將集塵箱安裝與墻上，用長螺絲穿墻固定，集塵風機連接至集塵箱上，用撐桿支撐。最后用軟管連接空心軸和集塵風機進風口。

Self-suction variable blast return air filter should apply built-in installation. Dust collecting fan and bag can be installed directly (as shown in the above sketch), or the dust collecting fan can be installed on the floor and be connected to dust collecting box by pipeline.

Filter cylinder is assembled by two semicircles. Make sure the screen of filter cylinder is smooth. Then fix cylinder into pre-opened holes on the wall and adjusting horizontal level of beam and vertical level of screen, and use bricks, clay, and sand to fill and level up the ground and spaces around the cylinder flowed by paint polishing. Install drive box onto the beam, fix suction nozzle to hollow shaft

drive, adjust the distance between suction nozzle and screen by moving drive box, wind suction nozzle manually to make sure the distance between nozzle and screen is even, which is ≤10mm. Then add decelerator and belt pulley, adjusting tighten screw to ensure proper belt tension. Dust collecting tank is fixed to pre-settled location by long screw drilling through the wall. Connect dust collecting fan to collecting box, supported by stay bar. The last thing is connecting hollow shaft and inlet of dust collecting fan with tube.

7、檢驗標準： Inspection Criteria

　　圓盤外觀平整、協調，各部件裝配正確、牢固。

　　圓盤圓整度高，傳動軸與圓盤同軸度高，吸口近端與遠端離網面距離一致，吸口轉動時與網面距離無跳動。圓盤網面垂直誤差≤5mm，圓筒拼接線、傳動空心軸底板水平誤差≤3mm，減速器轉動平穩，皮帶松緊適宜。

　　集塵管道連接通暢，彎頭少。集塵風機安裝牢固，運轉無震動位移，進、出風位置通順。集塵箱安裝牢固，箱體底邊高度不低于3200，集塵室排風通暢。

Smooth outer surface of disc, all components should be assembled correctly and solidly.

High roundness of disc, high concentricity between driving axle and disc, even distance between suction and net surface. When suction rotates, no bounce of the distance to net surface. Perpendicularity error of net surface should be less than 5mm, disc connection line, horizontal error of driving hollow axle bottom board should be less than 3mm, smooth running of decelerator, appropriate tightness of belt.

Smooth inside of dust-collecting pipes, less bends. Dust collection fan should be assembled firmly, no displacement caused by vibration, smooth air flow of outer and inlet suction. Dust Box should be assembled firmly, height of the box bottom should be no less than 3200mm, smooth air flow of dust collection room.
